Finding the right piece of land is a crucial part of your new home build. Even though JDM does not help with finding and purchasing of the land, we do help you think about the important aspects of where the house will be placed and how to access the property from the road.

DISCOVERY CALL
A call to review your budget, your plans for financing, your building site, and what you are looking for in your future home. We will also answer any questions you may have for us.

MODEL HOME SELECTION
Schedule an in-person meeting to select the model that will work best for you and your property and customize. While these are not considered custom homes, you can still customize the framework and layout of your chosen modular home. Discuss adding different style porches or a garage and what size best fits your needs and budget.

DESIGN CHOICES
Personalize your home by choosing wall colors, flooring, cabinetry, etc. Once the design selections are completed, we will adjust the contract price to reflect any modifications discussed.
