A remote island location is perfect for these contemporary-styled condominiums, but that desirable location makes them difficult to build. On a Lake Erie resort island accessible only by air, ferry and private boat, this project used panelized construction, which is faster, requiring few trips, especially important with the lake’s short summer season.
